• Transparent PNG file (300 DPI)

• Character integrated into ONE chosen frame

• 2 rounds of minor revisions

Payment method:

• 50% upfront to start

• 50% remaining before final delivery

You will receive:

1. 1 PNG file of character only (transparent, high resolution)

2. 1 JPG file of the character in the chosen frame (high resolution)

3. Files via Google Drive/Dropbox (link active for 30 days)

NOT included:

• Editable files (.psd, .clip)

• Multiple versions or variations

• Animation

• Delivery: 1-3 business days from initial payment

• May be extended due to revisions or unanticipated complexity

• You'll receive progress updates

2 rounds of minor revisions included:

• Color adjustments

• Small details

• Minor corrections

Major changes (after approval) cost an additional $25 USD, like:

• Complete pose change

• Outfit change

• Redesign of main elements

Additional revisions: +$15 USD per round

ou must provide:

• Clear visual references of the character

  OR

• Detailed description (minimum 200 words)

• Specify which frame you prefer (Option A or B)

• Indicate if you need frame color changes

Without sufficient references, an additional $15 USD charge will apply.

• NSFW or explicit content

• Hateful or discriminatory content

• Designs outside the Parappa style

• Rush/urgent deliveries

• Character animation

• Modifications to scenery/frame (except frame colors in Option A)

Personal use allowed:

• Social media

• Personal prints

• Avatar/profile picture

• Sharing with friends

NOT allowed without additional license:

• Commercial use (merch, products, branding)

• Resale

• Claiming authorship

Artist's rights:

• I retain rights to display in portfolio and social media

• I may use the commission as an example of my work

2. Confirmation: I confirm availability and final price

3. Payment 1: 50% deposit

4. Sketch: I send sketch for approval (Revision 1)

5. Adjustments: Minor modifications (Revision 2)

6. Final approval: You confirm everything is correct

7. Payment 2: Remaining 50%

8. Delivery: You receive final files

Before sketch:

• 100% refund of deposit

After sketch approval:

• NO refund of deposit (50%)

• Time has already been invested in the design

If I (artist) cancel:

• 100% refund of any payment made

• After final approval: No changes accepted without additional cost

• Files: Download within 30 days, link expires after

• Communication: I respond within 24-48 business hours

• Limited slots: I only accept 6 simultaneous commissions

• I reserve the right to reject any commission without explanation
